Our
Service
Our
emphasis in on-going administration, for 401(k) plans especially,
is to receive information and data as data is generated from our
clients. Particularly, employee data, payroll, deferral, and loan
payment reporting (either hard copy or diskette) will be requested
EVERY pay period. Copies of trust asset statements will be recommended
mailed to our office by the asset custodian in addition to statements
you receive. Our insistence that this process be adhered to will
allow our office to interact quickly with your needs and provide
increased speed in Plan reporting as well as be in a position to
MAXIMIZE Plan deferrals for the highly compensated employees BEFORE
the Plan Year End. This "hands on" continual interaction is what
separates A.V.A. from other administration firms and allows us
to "boast"
a 10 business day maximum turnaround in completing our administrative
reporting.
A.V.A.
possesses formidable data processing experience and expertise.
In addition to sophisticated Pension Administration and Flexible
Benefit Plan software systems for on-going plan administration,
we have the ability of interacting with you directly to generate
customized plan material (ie. enrollment forms, Participant Statements,
specialized reports) in addition to minimizing your staff's time
via automated payroll/deferral reporting through personalized spreadsheet
generation or data transfer.
A.V.A.'s
philosophy of client service revolves around a personal, technical
and response-oriented approach to on-going plan administration.
This approach is possible due to our size as well as our insistence
to continually interact with our clients and their personnel
(in some cases weekly for 401k and Section 125 plans) thereby
not just reacting to, but initiating administrative processes
to complete the tasks required. |
