A.V.A.'s philosophy of client service revolves around a personal, technical and response-oriented approach to on-going plan administration. This approach is possible due to our size as well as our insistence to continually interact with our clients and their personnel (in some cases weekly for 401k and Section 125 plans) thereby not just reacting to, but initiating administrative processes to complete the tasks required.
S. Tom Tsaris will be directly responsible for the major administrative functions associated with all Pension Plans. Mr. Tsaris is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles with a degree in Economics. Mr. Tsaris spent 9 years as a Systems Analyst with a major computer manufacturer and has spent the last 14 years involved in the design, implementation and on-going administration of Qualified employee benefit plans. Mr. Tsaris currently is responsible for Plan Design, Document and Amendment Preparation, Compliance and Discrimination testing, and other plan management functions.
Rosie Schumann, Gayle Martinez, Vicki Marek, Neil Deans Jerri Jackson and Nicole French provide additional plan support via data entry, distribution and loan processing as well as plan reporting. All Administrators have over 10 years of experience in virtually all aspects of Plan Administration with an emphasis in Plan Reporting, Compliance and Trust Accounting.
Lynette Johnson provides on-going administration for Section 125 Flexible Benefit Plans. Lynette has over 11 years experience involved in the implementation and administration of Section 125 Flexible Benefit Plans. |
